We have some service catalog items that have something on the order of 15 sub tasks built in, all assigned to the same person. We'd like email notifications of new tasks, but right now if we get one of these service catalog requests, the assignee gets 15 separate emails in rapid fire for all the tasks. It would be greatly preferable to have them all bundled into a single email.
Alternately a single email to the assignee for the service item that says "you were assigned XYZ service request, with the following tasks..." would be great.
