Reassigning a task once a ticket is entered.

    Is there a way to re-assign a task within a workflow to either another group" or another individual. Right now, many tasks that we have in workflows are assigned to IT Support, but it would be nice to be able to re-assign that ticket to one of the IT support analysts. "
