Receiving feedback is great as it's an indication of what is working well and what needs to be improved. Unfortunately, I've seen it where agents can show animosity towards users that submit dissatisfied survey results. Could this part be added as a restriction in Roles section? This way the managers and supervisors can review the feedback and share the praises and "needs improvements" with their agents.
Additionally, adding in the ability to delete/change survey responses could be helpful. I've seen it where a user either accidentally clicks the wrong button, or other circumstances that warrant this ability. As it is right now, when these happen you have to live with that "red thumb" where it is really supposed to be a green one.
And if an agent, tying it back to the original part, sees a dissatisfied survey that was supposed to a positive one that again may lead to that agent's pride being hurt.
