Option To Create New Incident If Solution Doesn't Answer Question

    Would it be possible to add something to the bottom of a Solution for a Portal User to create a new incident? This way when a user reads through a solution and the expected outcome is not achieved, he/she can create a new incident right from that page.


    This might look like: "Did this not resolve your issue? Bummer! Click HERE to create a new incident." Or something like that... :) This would then take him/her to the same submission form if the link on the main Portal page was clicked; possibly also linking the Solution the user was on.
