I have a custom field, "Callback Number", that I have set to display on All Incident tickets using a form for Incidents - All - All. When I choose a Cat/Sub Cat with it's own form, the fields for that form will overwrite the Callback Number field. Do I need to add that Callback Number field to every custom Incident form? I would think that have fields on the All - All form would always appear.
