Has anyone ever requested to have the ability to "Create and Close" an Incident in one shot?

    Sometimes we have a few walk-ups or someone will call and we are in the middle of assisting someone else and we forget to log an incident. It would be nice if there could be an option to close the incident upon creating. Something like create to close.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
