Be able to change Created by and Requested by in the general incident overview

    "Assigned to" you can change easily in the general incident overview. But that is not the case with other columns such as "Created by" and "Requested by".

     

    I find the ability to update a ticket through the general incident overview extremely useful, so I would love to have other fields/columns to do the same.

     

    Good idea or not?
