Add new filter option - Is/Is Not

    Currently "Status" is the only option in filtering that allows for a "Status" or "Status is not" variant. It would be great if Is/Is not could be broken out to a third column and be available for all filtering options.

     

    One use case would be you could build a filter that showed all cases open greater than 7 days by using the Criteria "Created" then the new Is/Is not column as "Is Not" then the filter as "in last 7 days". This would return all incidents that were not created in the last 7 days, showing all tickets older than 7 days. Currently the only way to do this is to select a static date range and adjust the filter each day.
