We are currently displaying all of our Samanage statistics on our video wall in the IT area for the public to see. I would like to display some more useful statistics on the board (currently we are displaying our customer satisfaction along with pie charts for ticket category). I?d be interested along the lines of the following:
- Amount of tickets closed today thus far (filtered down to specific or a group of agents)
- Amount of tickets accumulated today (filtered by category or group of categories, or assignees)
- Average ticket closing time today (filtered by assignee)
- Amount of tickets currently still open in the system (filtered by category)
Something along the lines of just numbers being displayed would be excellent, rather than a list of tickets. Is this something that is within the realm of possibility?
