Originally from ticket #9277.In the past I have seen myself having to add reminders to issues to perform certain tasks as part of resolving an incident at specific times.I have just added a task with tomorrows date & immediately receive an email with a task which i can then import into google calender & set the time of the event while importing it. It would be good if there was an option to specify a time for a task when creating it on the incident, not so much for ease of import, but when doing an audit on the Dashboard list it would be obvious that a task at 10am must happen before the task at 11am instead of just seeing 2 tasks for the same day & not knowing if they are dependent on each other."
