Clearly the ideas will not stop coming today!
Honestly not sure how this would work, but it would be good to introduce gamification into the system. One thing I really liked on other products was the ability to introduce this concept to handling tickets and then providing league tables, badges etc to the agents.
A couple of ways this could work:
- Points are awarded to agents based on the satisfaction survey
- Points are awarded based on the solution "this was helpful" button
- Badges are awarded based on points and other factors such as average time to complete a tickets
Very high level idea at the moment, but would be good to introduce this as there is a lot of evidence to suggest it works
