(Originally posted on 29, January 2015)A few of our global managers have requested a piece of information that the reports and filters cannot provide. They would like to see (in a report or filter) who closed and resolved incidents. They are having trouble monitoring the workload and performance of team members without this metric! I know that the information is available in the audit log, so I hope it wouldn't be a large undertaking to add these filters for our reporting!
I know that the reporting is on deck for a lot of improvements, but if we could get this small change in the meantime, it would be extremely helpful. Also if you have any other suggestions on how our managers could monitor these metrics for their large teams, please let me know!
