It would be great if reads could be added to the "Incident Audit". So if someone goes to look at a ticket this is tracked and auditable.
I am deploying Samange as our internal service platform. My goal is to have one unified platform for all departments that provide an internal service.
There has been strong concerns putting confidential data such as HR, Finance, Legal on a system with no access logging. What these teams would like is the ability to see who has viewed their tickets.
For me having this logged would probably add 10 application users and 3 departments. Does anyone else deploying Samange beyond IT feel that this level of logging would help get buy-in?
