Custom Fields for Service Catalog Items

    We'd like the ability to add custom fields to Service Catalog Items. The idea is that these would appear and function similarly to variables on the portal, but you could report on and create filters for these inside the application. For example, you could have an Account Number custom field that would work across incidents & service catalog items.
