Unable to mark task as complete

    In  my task list I have many task that I cannot mark as completed.  This is occurring because the ticket was closed before the task checked or because a task following was checked and now I can not go back and check previous task.  These are starting to clog my  (others in our office are also having this problem) my task list making it difficult to see what I actually have to do.  There are also times that a task does not get completed (such as request is denied) but the request is closed.


    It would be helpful for a way to clear these task.
