Tech view to be auto routed by default.

    Is there a way to have tickets submitted from a tech view to be auto routed defaultly, instead of having to choose none?  We have too many different categories that our student techs will not be able to assign correctly and do not want it sitting assigned to them. If we can do this, it will be one less click or step for us to worry about

    What problem will this feature solve?:
