Add more than just "resolved" as an incident state

    I have added an incident state titled "Completed". This is because not all requests are problems and therefore cannot be "resolved", but are completed.

    I know that this is a small thing, but it would be nice to add another field in the "customer satisfaction" area to allow a customer satisfaction notice to be sent out for incident states other than just resolved.

    ...No rush!
