This is the scenario: An HR Manager has gotten an approval notification from the Service Catalog and accidentally deletes the notification message. The HR Manager does not have back-end access to the app. How do we re-submit that approval to the HR manager without starting the entire Service Catalog workflow from the beginning?
I think adding the ability to send a manual or automated reminder approval notification maybe based on the due date would be extremely helpful here. I'm aware that there are tons of improvements being made to the workflow engine now so this may already be in the works.
