I have many tasks on my dashboard. Most of them are from catalog items, so they have the same description. I cannot tell them apart without opening them all.
The due date is not helpful, it comes from the date of the incident and number of days configured in the service catalog. This due date has no relation to when the task actually needs to be done.
Short of being able to customize the due date on a per task basis for service catalog items, I would like the Title or just the incident number to be included in the list of tasks on the dashboard.
