Turn incident into solution

    It would be a nice feature if one could create a solution from an incident. This would work best I think if the appropriate fields were just copied and mapped into the fields necessary for a solution.


    Oftentimes I solve something that could be applicable on a larger scale and would like to add it to our knowlege base but the effort of recreating it deters me from doing so. This would make our IT team more effective. I know you can attach the incident but I think it would be more useful to actually map it in.
