I have cases when you have to control an SLA repeatedly, i.e.:
When the incident is Critical and comes from Development, it has to be commented every 2 hours.
Which means that the assignee has to comment every 2 hours until is resolved or the SLA will be breached.
I have talked to Tye Graham, who told me this is not possible yet, can it be considered as a feature?
