Is there any way to merge tickets together? The issue we have is that our users primarily submit and deal with tickets via email and we often end up with ticket information being emailed without the incident number included, which then generates a new ticket. Then we have to manually merge the information and delete or mark the extra" ticket as a duplicate.Other ticket programs I have worked with enable you to merge tickets with one or two clicks. If this is not something that is currently possible with Samanage, can I submit it as a feature request?"
