Submitting tickets on behalf of someone else

    The use case here is to have an assistant submit a ticket on behalf of their boss so that it shows that the boss is the requester (needed for reporting), yet have the assistant be the person who handles the communication regarding the ticket so the boss isn't dealing with computer issues.
