We would like the ability to create a workflow for incidents (not service catalog) in which Samanage sends our users to a predefined URL we provide so then we can include data in a hidden field for the incident upon returning the user to Samanage. This would allow us to collect technical data about the user from our site and then include it with each incident.
Currently, we may be able to accomplish this by sending users to a web page which auto-creates tickets on behalf of portal users and includes the necessary data. Does Samanage have a recommendation on how to accomplish this or is the scenario above plausible as a feature request?
