For Service requests where "All Approvers are required", if one of the approvers does not approve the requests timely, a notification of overdue approvals should be sent to the Samanage admin or head of department and/or Samanage should resend the approval request daily.
Currently it does not seem possible to manually resend the approval request, even once an admin notices that the approval is in "Pending" state.
