New incident preassigned does not list that way in Incident list

    I have noticed that if I create an incident and assign it to someone, when I look at the list of all the incidents, it still shows as new.


    It would make more sense if it showed it as Assigned when it was pre-assigned and only new if there was no assignment.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
