My Request Page - Filter Options

    I saw this enhancement submitted 7 months ago, with no comments (https://samanage.jiveon.com/ideas/1434); ?therefore I'm submitting my request. We would like to see the ability to filter from the portal side on the "My Request" page. This feature would need to be enabled for all users not just portal users. Primary need, is where Application users (Technicians) have visibility to all tickets, which then clutters their "My Request" page with everyone's request. See Screen shot below:
