Recurring incidents

    There are often repeating incidents or service requests that would be ideal to automatically create at regular intervals. For example, a process to replace tapes in a tape backup device. It would be great to have a scheduler in samanage that can automatically start a service request based on a recurring schedule.  Recurrence rules should work the way calendar recurrence works in Outlook or Google Calendar.
