State of "Closed" not available when editing  incident

    When you edit an incident, if you update the state to "Resolved" and then want to close the incident, "Closed" does not show up as an option. It seems like the page does not refresh the states available when changing to "Resolved" in the editing mode. "Closed" does show up as an option once you resolve incidents from the incident list view.
