In a Service Catalog, it will be nice if you can loop back to a task or process that has
    been completed.

For example, a service catalog for a change request is assigned to an analyst. This person performs task 1 and then task 2. The analyst will then assign the incident to a manager to approve the change
request. Upon approval abort the process and mark it complete. if it is rejected then go back to
task 1 and repeat until approval.
