Is there a way to add, modify or customize the "state" field? For example, all incidents only have 5 available states: Assigned, Awaiting Input, On Hold, Resolved, and Closed (aside from New). Sometimes this doesn't work, particularly when users view the state from the portal. An example is if an item is waiting for parts, budgeting or approval. If I set the state to "Awaiting Input", users assume they need to provide input which is not the case.
