Can we add in Canned responses comment( we had that option in zendesk ) . Currently we are only able to attached solutions.

I'd like to propose a slightly different version of "canned responses" - coming from our experience with JitBit.
Service desk agents can create pre-prepared texts, that can be added to a comment field from a drop-down menu.
All the pre-prepared texts are editable, and available to all service desk agents.
It would be nice to have this list be shareable with others and potentially allow users to create their own.
