Looking for a way to specify when a custom field is used. For example, not all of our customers have multiple site locations so a custom field of Location should only show for specific customers. The same goes for specific product fields if they are using one of the products we develop, some details about the product should show but if they are not then the support technician shouldn't see the custom fields show for customers that don't need it.
Ability to apply one or more companies as the filter. Same idea that is planned for solutions in separating out which customers can see which knowledge base, the same goes for which custom fields should show for which customers.
