    Filtering options when attaching an incident / problem / change / release / solutions. Ex:  I'm attaching an incident to a problem: I would like to view just open problems or sort by most recent problems created or show just the last 7 day?s problems.  Another Ex.  I'm attaching a solution to an incident.  I'd like to be able to filter the solutions to show only approved solutions, or just show solutions per site / department.
