(Originally posted on 5, June 2014)For security concerns, We'd like to have the ability to delete attachments. Sometimes users upload images or spreadsheets with content we don't want to be readily available on the internet, and we'd like it to be purged either after a schedule or manually.
At the moment we could delete the incident, but I'm still not even sure if this would remove the attachments from the servers.
Optimally either the person who uploads the attachment, or the IT Tech would be able to flag the attachment for deletion after a certain period of time (30 days, 60 days etc.) It would also be nice if we have a global setting to delete all attachments after a certain period of time, or to mark something as save in-case we don't want it to be deleted after the global schedule.
