    Can users add requesters to a ticket after it has been submitted? I can add them via CC but that is just a one-time addition. Is there a way to add another user so it can be a ?shared ticket??

    I have the ability to edit an existing and submit a ticket as another requester but I?d like users to be able to add other requester to an already existing ticket.

    Please let me know if this is feasible.
