We have tickets/requests with default ticket titles. For example, a "new employee" request always starts with the same words, since it is an automated ticket creation process.
It would be nice to have a widget where you can select a report, and from that report the results are displayed in the widget. This way we get a central dashboard overview of all new people that start.
Currently it is a single report with a filter on certain words, but a widget that displays the report with the most important fields, would improve the overview. Like the widget of your own active tickets. But the widget should be wide enough to display the full ticket title.
