As a media broadcasting company we have a lot of assets being used in the field (cameras, microphones, etc.), and when something breaks and needs repair, the user create a repair request on our Sharepoint intranet. Since we are now registrering all assets in Samanage, it would make sense to move these requests to Samanage as well. But this requires that a user is able to select an asset from ex. a drop down menu when creating a support incident. I really hope that this will be possible in near future!
