Ability to default category for new incident in Self-Service Portal

    Hi Folks,

     

    We'd like the ability to pre-populate/default the category on the New Incident screen in the Self-Service Portal - as there are now lots of categories coming through from the service catalogue (which seem to be based on the department name) the users will get confused and select 'Information Services', rather than 'Incident'

    What problem will this feature solve?:
