    Samanage has a great Customer Satisfaction Survey Feature that allows our Users to submit feedback on "Service Received". The benefit is the ability to monitor Satisfaction of Ticket Resolution. However it would be interesting to integrate with SurveyMonkey to allow users an additional resource to be able to capture more specific data/feedback relevant to their organization.
