New Dashboard option: Incidents by status

    It would help me a lot to have a default overview on the dashboard where tickets are grouped by status. I would like to see all tickets with status assigned and on Hold. By clicking on the status you get the actual overview of the tickets. Also include the number of tickets that have a certain status.
    Reason why is that a ticket with status assigned needs action from my department, same for New and on Hold. This would help a lot to see where action is needed.
    What problem will this feature solve?:
