It would be cool if the Incident Types had multiple levels.
For instance selects IT and then they have a second choice of IT areas / departments to choose from. or say a user chooses Maintenance and then they have a second choice of Maintenance areas / departments to choose from. (IE A user chooses IT and then they also have Server, Email, and Workstation to choose from.)
This would help incidents be separate kind of like the services are.
