Monitor request title for keywords and send notifications

    Besides custom workflows which requires a portal user to select an incident type, it would be very useful to send a notification based on title of the portal request or more importantly, the email subject received.


    The use case for this is sending a notification to the ultra-high priority technician based on an end user request even if the end user doesn't route their request accurately.
