Custom value for "Close inactive resolved incidents"

    The option "Close inactive resolved incidents" only allows us to select pre-defined values from a drop-down box with the lowest value being 7 days. We would like to change it to any value e.g. 1 or 2 days.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
