Quick Reassign, similar to Quick Assign

    When keeping track on cases and progress, it'd be convenient to have option to reassign a incident through list overview, after it's been assigned. Also a track of reassignment in under the incident log.Today you can only quickly assign a incident from list overview, but not reassign.
    What problem will this feature solve?:
