re-open an incident and change state

    Hi there,We need a feature in  the system that re open an incident  and changing state to assigned if user still facing issue with the same incident by replying to resolved email received from technician. CUrrently the user has no option to re-open the incident in case the issue still not resolved. Regards,Ali
