Add site-based SLA

    Originally from ticket #6983.It would be nice to set priorities based on a specific site/customer. If a ticket comes in from a specific site/customer A, then I would like to be able to have a 15 minute response time SLA. If a ticket comes in from a specific site/customer B, then I would like to be able to have a 30 minute response time SLA. So I need the ability to also add multiple SLA's of the same type (time to respond, time to comment) just separated by site."
