Show user's full details in a ticket/contract/asset

    Originally from ticket #6343.We would like to see each incident display full details of a ticket requester. Currently it only shows the requester's name only.We should display all available data about incident requester (e.g. Telephone Number, Site, Dept and Manager) in the ticket. Either directly in the ticket, or have an eyeball/tooltip feature like in the incident list."
