It would nice to see more asset information in a SAManage ticket. Perhaps a drop down of a few templated items such as Asset Overview" would contain 5 pieces of asset information, "Location Details" would have a separate 5 pieces of information, "Hardware Overview" would have another separate 5 pieces of information.This would allow for key information to be available right inside a ticket without having to toggle back and forth from ticket to asset."
