    We could use some additional dashboard widgets:Pie chart: Number of Incidents by Age (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, +1 month, +6 months, etc...) Bar chart: Average time to resolve incidents per service desk user (exclude service requests) Bar chart: Average time to complete service request (by service request type)2 widgets: Pie chart: customer satisfaction per Service Desk user (widget 1: top X poor performers & widget 2: top X best performers)Bar chart: Number of SLA breaches per Service Desk user (filter option: limit to top X performers)Top X Incidents approaching SLA breachAdditionally, most PC screens are much wider than they are long, can we get the option to go to 4-5 columns instead of just 3?"
